The Watson Inn offers outstanding banquet room facilities, making us the perfect choice for banquets, receptions, and parties of up to 375 guests. Our banquet room decor runs from formal to contemporary, and a full-service bar, stage, and dance floor are also available. Not only that, but we also feature the area's only chocolate fountain, for you and your guests to enjoy!

The menu for your event may be selected from a variety of our house specialties or you may create your own. Choose a buffet-style meal or a sit-down affair. Unsure of where to hold your wedding reception or other special event? Our Moon Room is the perfect place to accommodate any large gathering. Along with our experienced service and trained staff, all functions are hosted by Pam Lenig, with food prepared by our award winning chef, Fred Amato. The Watson Inn is also "The Home of the Chocolate Fountain!" Our Sephra Chocolate Fountains are available for your events hosted at the Watson Inn.

Large Chocolate Fountain    $250

Rental fee includes the setup, tear down, and cleaning of the chocolate fountain, twenty-five pounds of chocolate, wooden skewers, and the use of the Sephra Fountain for 2.5 hours (not including the set up and tear down time). Additional time booked at contract time is $25.00/half hour.

Small Chocolate Fountain    $50

Rental fee includes the setup, tear down, and cleaning of the chocolate fountain, five pounds of chocolate, wooden skewers, and the use of the Sephra Fountain for 2.5 hours (not including the set up and tear down time). Additional time booked at contract time is $20.00/half hour.

Watson Inn offers these "Dipping Items" for the fountain: Strawberries, Stemmed Cherries, Pretzels, Graham Crackers, Marshmallows, Bananas, Vanilla Wafers, Animal Crackers, Cookies, Seasonal Fruits (pineapple, honeydew, cantelope). These items are available for $2.00/person plus tax and gratuity.

Our Crescent Room is the perfect size for smaller gatherings such as baby showers and business luncheons.
